Small community grants applications are now available to support community activities that encourage people to quit smoking and promote smoke free environments.
The funding is open to Aboriginal community controlled organisations, groups and other organisations providing services for the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people within South Western Sydney Local Health District.
The application kit contains information about the project and details of how to apply for the community grant. The program has grants for funding up to $2,000 (including GST).
Applications close on Friday 12 February 2016 and successful applicants will be notified of outcome on Friday 11 March 2016.
